Welcome Members to the Bike Show Photo page 2016
This years Barrow in Furness Bike show took place at the Hawcoat Sports Club Hawcoat lane for the 6th year.
Some nice bikes on show again this little gathering had some nice classic British Bikes.
I would say there was around 50+ Bikes on Show and was fairly well attended considering there was a rival show on in Morecambe on the same Sunday.
There was a few nice cars on view with some niice Triumph Dollys on show along side minis and rollers.
Bentlys Mercs and Stags all looking like New,
Attendance seems to be going down year on year perhaps some new ideas are needed
I like the Duglas MK24 in Blue Below just for its rarity you dont see many and this one was in daily use and had been ridden to the show.
One big up for all the guys that like to ride them although I understand the reason not to ride some of them. I am on the Ride side

SUG 28 a nice reg number on its own but attached to Vintage number plate is this wonderful Firefly Auto cycle.
The the machine was in un restored condition what a joy to see. I must show my velosolex and Ariel 3 next year

All in all a good show again and as usual all the money raised goes to Charity the money goes to the North West air ambulance and the Childrens Ward at FGH our local Hospital.
